Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://littleblossomdaycareca.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Little Blossom Daycare reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Pre-Kindergarten, Infant Care, Toddler Care, After-School Care, School-Age Childcare, Early Childhood Education provided by Little Blossom Daycare. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Little Blossom Daycare (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Account Closure. Little Blossom Daycare reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. Little Blossom Daycare makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Little Blossom Daycare's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Little Blossom Daycare harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Modifications. Little Blossom Daycare may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
